RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for branch people fulfillment and effective talent acquisition up to N-3 for branch. 
  • Implement HR programs/guidelines from HO, e.g. PDC Process 
  • Ensure compliance to provincial employment regulations 
  • Manage and maintain general affairs to support key business needs 
  • Provide standard and training for helper and office boy in warehouse, terminal & branch. 
  • Own and implement branch CSR initiatives as well as Community Development. 
  • Responsible for managing branch employee relations. 

QUALIFICATION

  • Max 40 years old
  • Min Bachelor Degree from Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related major
  • Experience in HR GA (min SPV level) for 5 years
  • Strong in HR Generalist (recruitment, training, employee administration, general affair, industrial relation)
  • Good communication skill & well organized
  • Willing to work in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat
