RESPONSIBILITIES
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure overall Tank Terminal activities are executed according to procedure (SOP) and SHE requirements and regulation.
- Manage goods received / issuance activities at warehouse.
- Perform periodic stock opname with Inventory Branch.
- Acrively participate as a project committee to regularly review progress reports on project development.
- Responsible for performing SHE activities.
- Control facilities and equipments by arrange annual / unschedulled maintenance plan at Warehouse and evaluation.
- Ensure legal, compliance and industrial relation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage administration and reporting duties within department.
- Coordinate with Chief Security / Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) to maintain tank terminal security.
- Enhance risk awareness culture and perform risk management activities within the day-to-day business process.
- Ensure organization alignment is in place to support operation and business growth.
- Improve self competencies through relevant and effective training and development program.
QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experienced min 5 years in Operational function
- Knowledge in Petroleum and Chemical Business Process
- Mechanical and Electrical knowledge
- SHE knowledge
