RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Responsible for branch people fulfillment and effective talent acquisition for branch
- Implement HR programs
- Ensure compliance to provincial employment regulations
- Manage and maintain general affairs to support key business needs
- Provide standard and training for all worker in warehouse, terminal & branch
- Own and implement branch CSR initiatives as well as Community Development
- Responsible for managing branch employee relations
- Conduct effective risk management process and promote risk awareness
QUALIFICATION
- Minimal Bachelor Degree from Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related major
- Experience in HR Generalist for 5 years
- Labor Law Knowledge
- Competency based Human Resources Management
